Backing Up Using cPanel:
Log in to cPanel.
Go to the Files section and click Backup.
Select Download a Full Website Backup.
Choose Home Directory as the backup destination.
Provide an email address to receive backup completion notifications.
Click Generate Backup to start the process.
Once completed, select the latest backup file to download.
